Cancellation policy:

Please be in a room with privacy and without any distractions. A computer is preferred to a phone, but if you must be on a phone please have it propped on something so you are still. Sessions must be rescheduled/canceled with 48 hours notice. If you do not show up for the session or reschedule within 48 hours, the session will not be refunded. If you are not in a room with privacy and without distractions, Demetra reserves the right to end the session without a refund. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled without a refund. Please be present and ready for the session.
